ABOUT
Movement has always been a big part of my life. I started playing tennis at five years old and spent many winter holidays skiing with my family in the Austrian alps.
I found my way into yoga during my first corporate job. Long hours at my desk left me with lower back pain, tense shoulders and a mind that could not switch off. Vinyasa Yoga gave me the perfect balance of building strength and mobility, while calming the mind. Finding that sense of flow by connecting movement and breath is a very special feeling to me.
A few years later, I discovered Yin Yoga, which quickly found a place in my heart. Yin challenges me in a completely different way from Vinyasa. In Yin Yoga, we learn to find our personal edge — that first point of resistance in a pose — a point that might be different every time we practise. Some days we can go a little deeper; other days, our bodies ask us to stay where we are.
For me, this is one of yoga’s greatest lessons: letting go of perfection and performance, and learning to listen to what our bodies actually need.
In July 2026, I took the next step in my yoga journey and completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Barefoot Yoga School in Sri Lanka. The training program combined science with spirituality and brought together a deep understanding of anatomy, intelligent sequencing and proper alignment. It gave me the opportunity to deepen my own practice while learning how to create safe, purposeful and meaningful classes.
Through my teaching, I hope to help you bring awareness back into your body and start listening to what it truly needs - giving yourself the time and space to move, slow down and let go.
