Yoga with Anka
Yoga is a space to pause, reconnect and grow — My classes invite you to build strength and mobility, while calming the mind and creating a deeper connection with your body.
Vinyasa Yoga

Move with your breath.
Vinyasa is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga where movement is connected to the rhythm of your breath. Rather than holding each pose for a long time, you move continuously through sequences, creating warmth in the body while building strength, mobility and balance.
The practice can help improve flexibility, coordination and body awareness, while the focus on breath and mindful movement encourages you to slow down mentally and become more present.
Perfect for: Anyone who enjoys movement and wants to build strength, mobility and body awareness. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, sequences can be adapted to different levels.
Yin Yoga
Slow down. Let go.

Yin is a slow and deeply grounding practice. Poses are mainly practised close to the floor and held for several minutes, giving the body time to gradually soften and release. Rather than focusing on muscular strength, Yin works with longer, passive stretches and encourages you to explore stillness.
The practice can support flexibility and mobility, particularly around the hips, pelvis and spine. The slower pace and focus on the breath also create an opportunity to quieten a busy mind, release tension and cultivate a sense of calm and deep relaxation.
Perfect for: Anyone looking to slow down, improve mobility or create more balance alongside a more active lifestyle or yoga practice. No previous yoga experience is needed.
Yoga for Tennis Players
Move better. Play stronger.

This practice is designed with the demands of tennis in mind. We focus on areas that are particularly important for tennis, including shoulder mobility, rotation through the torso, hip mobility and leg strength and stability. Poses are generally held for a few breaths, with a more Hatha-style approach that allows you to work with specific areas of the body.
The practice can help improve range of movement, body awareness and balance, while supporting recovery after time on the court.
Perfect for: Tennis players of all levels who want to complement their game with targeted mobility, strength and mindful movement. The practice can be especially useful alongside regular tennis training, helping you create more balance in the body.
